Sam It Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is over at 17 Pusa Road in Karol Bagh. Pankaj Sethi is the one who usually runs things around here. The office is in a pretty famous part of town, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. Pusa Road is always busy, but we’ve got a decent space once you get inside. We have several rows of desks with computers and people working on different IT tasks. It’s not a very fancy place, just a standard office with whiteboards and some old posters on the walls. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at code or troubleshooting various issues. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby, you just come in and you’re pretty much in the middle of the workspace. It’s been our base for a while now and we’re quite settled in. We don’t really bother with big speeches or complicated rules. Everyone knows what they need to do, so we just get on with it. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work out for us. We just focus on the daily grind. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing or a server that needs checking before we can actually head out for the evening. It is a long day usually, but we are used to it by now.
