If you walk down Captain Satish Marg in Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh, you’ll find us at B-50. This is a very active neighborhood, and there’s always people walking by or stopping to chat. Our place is what you’d expect from a local business—a bit cluttered, filled with the smell of electronics, and always busy with something. We have computers in various states of being fixed or set up scattered across the tables. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. The walls are lined with boxes of parts and old monitors that we might need one day. We don't have a fancy waiting area with magazines and coffee. Usually, people just stand by the counter or pull up a spare stool if there’s one available. It can get a little chaotic during the peak hours in the afternoon when everyone seems to arrive at once. We handle the phone calls, the walk-ins, and the actual technical work all at the same time. The floor is covered in bits of wire and those tiny screws that always seem to disappear. We don't put on an act or try to sound like we’re part of a multinational chain. We’re just local folks who know our way around a motherboard. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we like the independence of running our own spot in Rani Bagh. We’ve been here for years and the neighbors are all like family now.
