We operate Gaurav Computer Sales Services from our spot at A/38 in Sector 50. It’s a fairly quiet corner compared to some other parts of the city, which we actually prefer. We spend our days selling parts and fixing up computers for the people living nearby. The shop is pretty simple. We have some laptops on display and a workbench in the back where the real work happens. It isn't a high-end showroom with bright lights. We just keep it practical and clean. People come to us when they need a new keyboard or if their machine won't boot up. We’ve been doing this for a few years now, so we have seen just about every kind of computer problem you can imagine. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals. We just want to do a solid day’s work and help the people in Sector 50 keep their tech running. Sometimes we get busy and the phone won't stop ringing, but we try to get to everyone as fast as we can. It’s just a small team here, so you usually talk to the same person every time you come in. We like building that kind of relationship with our customers. It makes the work more enjoyable when you know who you’re helping. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just a reliable one where you get a straight answer. That is how we have always done things.
