You can find our shop at No. 107 on the second floor of the Shankar Road Market. We are located in New Rajendra Nagar, very close to the local post office. We spend our time working on computers, mostly fixing them up or selling parts to people who want to build their own. The workspace is usually covered in tools, screws, and open laptop cases. It might look like a mess to someone else, but we have our own way of keeping track of everything. It is a bit of a walk up to the second floor, especially if you are carrying a heavy desktop tower, but our customers don't seem to mind. We have been in this market for a good while now and we know most of the other shop owners. We aren't like those fancy tech stores with glass walls and bright lights. Our place is more of a workshop where we actually get our hands into the machines. Sometimes we can't find a spare part for an old model and we have to spend hours searching online or calling around. It is just the way it goes with electronics. We are just regular people who have learned a lot about hardware over the years. Most of our customers come to us because they want a straight answer about whether their computer is worth saving or if it is time to move on.
