Radianz

Radianz is based out of an office on Gurudwara Road in Karol Bagh. We are on the first floor of building number 2485/8, in office number four. If you know Delhi, you know that Karol Bagh is never really quiet. There is always the sound of traffic, people shouting, and the general hustle of the market right outside our windows. Getting into the office in the morning involves navigating through the crowds, but once you are upstairs, it’s a bit more peaceful. The office isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we keep our records and do our daily work. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we don’t really need a lot of formal rules. We just get on with things. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We drink a lot of tea while we work and usually order in some food from the local spots nearby when we are too busy to go out. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't try to make the place look like a fancy showroom. It’s just a workspace where we deal with our clients and handle our business as honestly as we can. Being on Gurudwara Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which we like.
