Qualron Software Private Limited

We’ve got our office on the ground floor of Plot No 195, in Pkt-C, Sector-5 over in Bawana. If you know Delhi, you know Bawana is quite a way out and mostly an industrial area. It’s a busy place with a lot of manufacturing and warehouses around us. Qualron Software is a bit different because we’re doing software work in the middle of all that industry. The ground floor space is practical for us. We don't have to deal with elevators or stairs, which is nice. It’s a private limited company and we’ve been here for some time now. The surroundings are pretty gritty—lots of trucks and dust—but inside the office, we keep things tidy and professional. We have our servers and workstations set up just the way we need them. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We usually just have regular tea and focus on the coding tasks for the day. Being in Sector-5 means we are part of the local industrial community. It’s a long drive for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We just come in, do the technical jobs that need doing, and head out. It’s straightforward work in a very hardworking part of the city. We don't really bother with much else besides our daily targets and getting things done right for the people we work with.
