Working out of 13A 6 in Karol Bagh is definitely an experience because this part of New Delhi never sleeps. It is a crowded neighborhood with lots of shops and people everywhere you look. Our office is tucked away in one of the buildings here and we have been using this space for quite a while. It is a simple setup with computers, some old furniture, and plenty of cables running along the floor. We do a lot of technical work, sitting in front of screens for most of the day. The light inside isn't always the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. In the afternoons, you can hear the sounds of the market outside, people shouting and horns honking. It is just part of being in Karol Bagh. We usually have a lot of work to get through so we don't spend much time looking out the windows anyway. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep some snacks for when things get busy. Most of us have been working here together for a long time so we have a bit of a routine going. It isn't a flashy tech office like you see in the movies, just a practical place where we get things done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just how things are in this part of the city.
