Our company, Preferred Softtech Private Limited, is located at House No 72 on the ground floor. We are in Block A, Pocket 1, of Sector 4 in Rohini. It’s a residential-style area, so our office feels quite grounded. Being on the ground floor is a big help, especially when we have to move boxes or furniture around. The space is simple and functional. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work, and we’ve kept the setup pretty basic. There are no fancy glass walls or designer chairs here, just the stuff we need to stay productive. Sector 4 in Rohini is a familiar place to us, and we’ve been here long enough to know the local rhythms. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings, but it picks up as the day goes on. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the softtech projects we have going. It’s the kind of place where you can actually hear yourself think, which is good for the type of work we do. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people working out of a house in Rohini. We value the fact that our workspace is straightforward and honest.
