Our office is right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. Being on Barakhamba Lane means there’s always a lot of noise and people rushing around Urjanidhi 1. We spend our days dealing with the financial side of things for power projects. It sounds complicated when you read it on a website, but mostly it’s just a lot of paperwork and meetings to make sure electricity projects get the funding they need to actually happen. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of change over the years. Some of us have been here since the start. It’s a busy environment with phones ringing and people coming in and out all the time. We aren't trying to be flashy or anything. We just sit at our desks and work through the files. Getting things done correctly is what matters most to us because these power projects affect a lot of people's lives eventually. The commute to CP is a bit of a headache sometimes with the traffic, but being central makes it easier for folks to find us. We don’t really do big marketing stuff. People usually know who we are if they work in the energy sector. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the wheels of these projects turning as best as we can. It is just steady, daily work for a dedicated team of regular people.
