Dharmbir Kumar operates from Plot No 5711 on Factory Road. This is over in the Nabi Karim area, near Singha Chowk in Paharganj. We are located all the way up on the 4th floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time. Paharganj is always full of life and noise, and Nabi Karim is no different. You can hear the sounds of the street even from the 4th floor. At Dharmbir Kumar, we don’t have a polished office with glass walls. It’s a working plot where things happen every day. Factory Road is exactly what it sounds like—a place where people are making things and moving goods. We are just one of the many businesses tucked away in these buildings. Singha Chowk is a busy intersection nearby, so there’s always something to see if you look out the window. We’ve been at Plot No 5711 for a long time. Our space is filled with the tools of our trade and lots of paperwork. It might look a bit messy to a stranger, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in being a fancy corporate entity. We just want to do our work and keep the business running from our spot in Paharganj. It’s a tough, busy area, but it feels like home to us. There is a small tea stall right outside the gate.
