We are based at 124 Connaught Place, right in the middle of Connaught Circus. Our office is on Level IV of Tower II. It is a very central location, so it is easy for people to reach us from any part of the city. We spend our days dealing with insurance policies. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it is important for when things go wrong for people. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people come in to get a new policy for their car or home, while others are here because they’ve had a bit of bad luck and need to make a claim. We try to handle everything as simply as we can. The office is usually humming with activity. There are stacks of forms and people typing away. Being in CP, there is always a lot of life outside the windows, which is nice. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate talk. We just tell people what their options are and help them fill out the necessary bits of paper. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at it for a long time. We know the ins and outs of the business, and we just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a big building, but once you find the right lift, we’re easy to spot. We stay focused on the task at hand and try to be fair to everyone.
