You can find us at Shop No 2358 112 in Chatta Shahji, which is right in the heart of Chawri Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how packed and loud it can get. Our shop for Polstar Engineers Contractors is tucked in there among all the others. We do engineering and contracting work, so there's usually a lot of blueprints and heavy tools laying around. It's a bit of a squeeze inside the shop, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent out at sites or talking to suppliers about materials. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk in and wait until we’re off the phone. Chawri Bazar has a certain energy that you don't get anywhere else. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the guys on the street. Sometimes we’re out late finishing up a quote or checking on a project. It’s not a glamorous job. You get dusty and tired, but the work is solid. We handle the technical details that most people don't want to think about. There isn't any corporate polish here. Just some desks, some shelves full of parts, and a lot of coffee. We focus on the task at hand. If a client needs a contractor who knows the local area and how things get built, they usually find their way to our door eventually.
