The building is a typical one for this part of town. Walking up to the third floor every morning is how we start the day. It is a small flat that we turned into an office space. We have wires everywhere and monitors on every flat surface we could find. Uttam Nagar is always full of energy and noise, and that carries up to our floor sometimes. We do a lot of global tech work from this tiny spot in New Delhi. It is funny how you can be talking to someone halfway across the world while sitting in a small flat in Om Vihar. We have a small bathroom and a tiny corner where we keep the water cooler. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is a real place with real people who work long hours. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything like that. Just shirts and jeans and a lot of focus on the screens. It is a simple life for us here on the third floor.
