We've got our office in Tirath Singh Tower, specifically room 301 on the third floor in Janakpuri. It’s a busy building in the Shahpuri area of West Delhi. There’s usually a bit of a wait for the lift in the mornings, so some of us just take the stairs to wake up. At Pjd Technologies India Limited, we have a pretty standard office layout with rows of desks and a few cabinets for storage. The windows look out over the street and you can see the traffic piling up during rush hour. It makes us glad we’re already inside and working. We have a small area near the entrance where we keep our shoes sometimes if it’s been raining outside. The carpet is a little worn in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth. We don't have any big corporate logos on the walls or fancy lights. It’s just a place with good internet and enough power outlets for everyone. We spend our days mostly staring at monitors and talking through projects. Sometimes we go downstairs to grab a snack from the local shops when we need a break. It’s a very normal office environment where we just focus on getting through our daily list of things to do. Most of us arrive by nine and leave by six. It's a steady routine that keeps us all going throughout the week.
