We've been at the L-14 address in Udyog Nagar-I for a bit now. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to just walk in and out without waiting for any lifts. New Delhi summers get pretty hot, so we usually keep the blinds down during the afternoon. Most of the team comes in around nine or ten. We have a few desks set up and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced last year. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes because it's an industrial area, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes we order tea from the stall around the corner when the afternoon slump hits us. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get our work done at Pideax Solutions Private Limited. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s mostly just us sitting around talking through problems or typing away. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people bring in dust from the street. We’ve got a small area for lunch where we talk about movies or whatever is happening in the city. There is a lot of paperwork piled up on the corner desk that nobody wants to sort through right now. It's just a normal office vibe where everyone knows each other's names.
