Pibyten Techverse Private Limited is out in Ghitorni. We are in Building No. 3, which is on Plot No. 2, Khasra No. 385. It is right off the 100ft Road. If you know South West Delhi, you know this road gets a lot of traffic. Our spot is a bit industrial but that works for us. It is a large building and we have enough room for all our tech gear. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day bits of running a tech company. The area is full of furniture shops and other small businesses. It is a busy place with a lot of dust and noise from the road, but inside it is quiet enough to get things done. We do not have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge for breaks. We just have our workstations and a small area for tea. It is a practical space. We chose Ghitorni because it is a bit more affordable than the main hubs but still accessible. Finding the exact plot can be tricky for newcomers because the numbering is a bit strange around here. We just tell people to look for the 100ft Road landmark. Most of us live nearby or commute in using the metro. It is a straightforward life here. We come in, do the work, and try to avoid the rush hour traffic on the way out.
