We are located over in Anand Parbat Industrial Area, right off New Rohtak Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets quite dusty and busy with all the trucks moving in and out. Pawan Kumar and Pramod Kumar is really just a family name on the door. We’ve been operating from 4/1 for a long time. The building isn't new, and it has some character, let’s put it that way. We spend most of our time out on the floor or talking to the drivers. It’s a hands-on kind of place. There isn’t much of a front office to speak of, just a desk with a lot of ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. We do our work, talk to our regulars, and try to keep things moving. The industrial area has its own rhythm. You hear the machines and the loading all day long. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything like that. People know where we are. Usually, we are here by 8 or 9 in the morning, and we don't leave until the last load is sorted. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of inventory. It’s what my family has done, and we just keep at it. No big speeches about what we do, we just do it. When the weather gets hot, we take it slow, but the work never really stops because the orders keep coming. We just find a way to get through the pile.
