Our office is in the B 30 Dsidc Complex within the Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial setting, so there is always some noise from nearby units. Surge Systems India Pvt. Ltd. occupies this space because it suits what we do. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Instead, we have a lot of equipment and desks scattered around. The Dsidc area is usually crowded with trucks and delivery vans, so parking can be a bit of a challenge some mornings. We have been here for some time and the rhythm of the industrial area feels normal to us now. Most of our days are spent fixing problems and making sure everything runs okay. We are not big on flashy marketing or long meetings. Usually, we just have a quick tea and get straight to the tasks. The building isn't the newest, but it works for us. We like being in Patparganj because it’s a hub for businesses like ours. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and movement around, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. We don't use much corporate jargon here. It’s just a place where people work hard. If you stop by, you'll see we are just regular people doing our jobs. There’s no dress code really, just clothes that are practical for working.
