You can find Alen Computers in Paschim Vihar. We are located at S. No-2a, right opposite the Maharaja Aggarson Bhawan, near Green App. It is a pretty well-known landmark, so people usually do not have too much trouble finding us. The shop itself is quite small. We have shelves lined with old parts and boxes because you never know when you might need a specific screw or a cable. We have been fixing computers here for quite some time. It started out as a hobby for some of us and then it just turned into a regular job. We do not have a fancy website or a lot of social media stuff to look at. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who have known us for years. They bring their laptops in when they will not turn on or when they get too slow to use. We take a look, give them an estimate, and then get to work. It is not a very complicated process. Sometimes we can fix it while they wait, and other times it takes a few days to get the right part. We try to be honest about how long it will take. Paschim Vihar is a nice area, and being near the Bhawan means there is always something happening outside.
