You’ll find us on the 3rd floor of Building No.7074/7 in Rameshwari Nehru Nagar. We are right in the Karol Bagh area, which is always full of life, noise, and plenty of traffic. Generation Computer Media Service is where we spend our days dealing with all sorts of tech stuff. Whether it’s fixing a broken screen or helping someone sort out their media files, we stay pretty busy from morning to night. The walk up to the third floor keeps us moving, which is probably a good thing. The office is usually cluttered with various cables, hard drives, and old monitors waiting to be looked at. It’s definitely not a fancy showroom; it’s a real workspace where things get done. We’ve been in Karol Bagh for a long time now and we know the neighborhood very well. People bring in their computers when they stop working, and we do what we can to get them back up and running again. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and a good amount of patience. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just look at the problem and try our best to solve it. Sometimes it’s a quick fix that takes five minutes, and other times it takes a few days. We also handle some media services, which involves a lot of sitting in front of screens. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the street noise outside. We like being part of the local mix here.
