Paanitech Services Llp is located in Pitampura, which is a busy area in West Delhi. Our specific spot is House No-2 in Sharda Niketan. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, and we have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. We operate as a limited liability partnership, but really we are just a small group of people working together every day. The office is inside a house structure, so it has a very personal feel to it. You won't find any cold, grey cubicles here. We just have tables pushed together and our laptops. We provide various services, mostly focused on the technical side of things. There are days when the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here, but once we are inside, we focus on the work. We aren't into fancy presentations or using big words to sound important. We just speak plain English and tell people what we can do. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get quite busy. The floors are a bit creaky in some spots, and the shelves are overflowing with old files and notebooks. It’s a real working environment where stuff actually gets done. We like being in Pitampura because everything we need is right around the corner. We spend a lot of time just talking through problems until we find a solution that actually works for everyone involved.
