Optimity It Services Private Limited is based out of Shahdara. Our office is up on the 4th floor of house 282 in Jhilmil Colony. It's a bit of a climb if the power goes out and the lift stops, but it keeps us moving. Shahdara is a lively place, and being in Jhilmil means there is always something happening outside on the streets. We started this IT service company because we knew our way around computers and wanted to work for ourselves. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us in a room with a few desks and a lot of cables everywhere. Most of our days are spent fixing things or setting up systems for people who need them. The 110095 area is where we feel at home. It’s not the most modern office in Delhi, but it’s ours and it works for what we need. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs help with their tech, we do our best. There are days when the internet is slow or the heat is too much, but we keep going regardless. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get something from the local shops nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace where we just try to do honest work without any corporate drama.
