Optic Infotech Private Limited

Optic Infotech Private Limited is based out of Aya Nagar Phase-6 in New Delhi. It's a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the south west side of the city. We are located at G-2/50, which is where we do all our daily work. The office is basically run by family and a couple of guys who know their way around a computer. It's not a big glass building like you see in some parts of town. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We handle a lot of different tech requests that come our way. Sometimes it’s software problems and other times someone needs help with their internet or hardware. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The office is a bit cramped with all the spare parts and old monitors we have lying around. We probably should clean up more often but we usually just focus on the task at hand. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we have a small AC that does its job. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know who we are. It’s just a normal way to make a living for us and we enjoy being in this corner of South West Delhi.
