Online Solutions is based in Burari, at B 12 24 Kaushik Enclave. Delhi is always such a fast-paced city, but this part of the north feels a bit more like a neighborhood where people actually know each other. Our office is on a street that gets quite dusty when the wind picks up. It’s a modest place. We have some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a few chairs for when people visit. We handle various tasks that involve the internet. It might be helping someone with a website or fixing some digital issues. We aren't a big tech firm with a glass front. We are just a local office. Most of the time, the radio is playing in the background while we work. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The workspace is a bit messy because we have a lot of cables and old hardware lying around in the corners. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. If someone needs to leave early for a family thing, they just do it. It’s a flexible way of working that works for us. We’ve been at this address for several years now. People in the enclave know who we are. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth and just being around is how people find us. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a small business in Delhi.
