Our spot is in Safdarjung Enclave Extension, at B-7/107A, specifically Flat Number 002. It’s tucked away in a residential part of New Delhi, which makes it feel more like a home than a standard office building. Since it’s a flat on the lower level, it’s easy to duck in and out of. We’re Oncehub Technologies, and we’ve been operating from here for a while now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly just families and other people going about their business. Inside, we’ve turned the rooms into our working spaces. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend our hours on our laptops and talking through things in the main living area which is now our meeting room. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our food. It’s not fancy, just some basic furniture and our equipment scattered around. We like being in Safdarjung because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby if we forget to bring lunch. The atmosphere is very relaxed, no suits or ties here. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home. It feels quite local and grounded, staying away from the big commercial hubs. It’s just a regular group of people doing tech work in a regular Delhi apartment. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy.
