We are located on the third floor of Z 53 and 54 in West Patel Nagar. It's right above the Bikaner Sweets shop, so it always smells like fried snacks and sugar around here. That makes it pretty hard to stay on a diet but it’s definitely a good landmark for people trying to find the building for the first time. Okono Technologies is basically just a handful of us working in this rented space. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks and staring at screens. The lift in this building is a bit slow and grumpy sometimes, so we usually just end up taking the stairs if we're in any kind of hurry. It's a really lively neighborhood. There's always something loud going on outside on the street. We’ve been here for a while and have mostly gotten used to the constant noise of the city. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our computer equipment. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It's a simple and practical setup. We deal with various technical things throughout the long day. Some days we're really busy and other days we're just catching up on boring paperwork. We try to keep everything straightforward. It's not a corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist greeting you. You just come up to the third floor and we're right there. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. We know the guys working downstairs and it feels like a community.
