Npb Soft Tech Llp

Npb Soft Tech is located right near the metro station in Dilshad Garden. We are in an MIG flat, R-99F. Being so close to the metro is great for getting to work, though it makes the area very busy all the time. Our office is basically a converted flat. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we kind of like. We do software work and tech services. There’s a lot of typing and staring at code all day. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when things get stressful. It’s a small team of us working here. We don't have a big HR department or a cleaning crew. We mostly take care of the place ourselves. Dilshad Garden is a nice part of East Delhi, and we’ve gotten to know the local tea stall owners pretty well. The office is full of books and old hardware that we might need one day. We don't have any slick marketing materials. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We just try to be useful and get the tasks done. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to work. It's what we do to get by.
