Nician Technology & Solutions Private Limited is based at 414, Mahima Apartment, right by Chowkani Maidan. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the apartment block. We aren't in a typical office park. We work out of this apartment because it’s quiet and gives us the space we need to think about complex tasks. Being near the Maidan is nice because there’s a bit of open space nearby, which is rare in this city. Our daily routine is mostly about technology and finding ways to make things work for our clients. We spend a lot of time at our desks staring at screens. The office isn't anything special to look at—it’s just a place where we get things done. We don't have a big marketing department or a sales team. It’s mostly just us handling the technical side of things and making sure the solutions we provide actually work. We like the local feel of being in an apartment building. It’s less formal than a big office building, which suits our style. We aren't fans of big corporate speeches or missions. We just want to do a good job and keep our clients happy. It’s a simple operation, and we’re fine with that. We show up, work through our tasks, and that’s pretty much it.
