Nextenders India Pvt Ltd is located in CR Park, New Delhi, right at J 1809 on the first floor. We are directly opposite the Allahabad Bank, so it’s easy to tell people how to find us. CR Park is a unique neighborhood with a lot of character, and we like being part of it. Our office isn’t very large, but it’s functional for what we do. We have desks lined up and a few shelves filled with files that seem to grow every month. Most of the work involves dealing with tenders and a lot of administrative stuff that requires a lot of patience. It’s a lot of reading and checking details over and over. Usually, there’s a radio playing softly in the background or just the hum of the air conditioner. We take turns getting snacks from the market nearby, which is one of the perks of being in this area. It feels more like a community here than a cold business district. We don't have a polished corporate image; we’re more about just getting the paperwork finished and the submissions sent out on time. The floor is a bit creaky in spots, and the desks have some scratches, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our first-floor window. It’s a steady, predictable kind of work life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep moving forward.
