If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with people and there’s a lot going on because of the courts and everything else nearby. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s never a quiet moment. The office is just a regular room with a lot of papers and files piled up. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where the work actually happens. People come and go all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been at this location for quite a while now. It’s a convenient spot because of where it’s situated, even if parking is a total nightmare. We usually just take the rickshaw or walk from the nearest stop. The building itself is older, and you can feel the history of the neighborhood when you walk through the door. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just us doing the daily grind, talking to folks who need help, and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the bustle. We keep things simple here and focus on whatever task is right in front of us. It's a lot of manual work and talking to people face to face, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
