Ncsi Technologies (India) Private Limited

If you head over to Barakhamba Road, you’ll see the Statesman House. We are up on the 5th floor in A Block. It’s a pretty central spot in New Delhi, so we get to see all the city action from our windows. Ncsi Technologies (India) is basically a group of people who enjoy solving technical puzzles. Being in such a well-known building is nice, but inside the office, it’s just a bunch of regular workstations and a lot of coffee cups. We spend most of our time staring at code or looking at system architectures. The pace here can be fast because we’re right in the middle of the city, but we try to keep things calm inside. We aren't into those big motivational posters or corporate slogans. We prefer just getting the work done. The staff here has been together for a while, so we’ve developed our own way of doing things. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, and there’s always a debate about which place has the best lunch nearby. We handle a variety of tech projects for different people, and each one has its own set of headaches. But that’s what we’re here for. We work through the bugs and the deadlines without making a big fuss about it. At the end of the day, we’re just a tech company in a big building, trying to do right by our clients and each other.
