Nandlal Engineering

If you have ever been to the Anand Parbat Industrial Area, you know how crowded and busy it is. Our shop is on Street Number 8, at number 25/7. It’s a tight space, but we have managed to fit all our lathes and milling machines inside. Nandlal Engineering has been part of this street for years. We mostly do small precision parts and custom engineering jobs for other businesses around Delhi. The air is always thick with the smell of cutting oil and the constant sound of metal being worked. It’s not a place for anyone who likes things quiet or clean. We work long hours, usually six days a week, sometimes seven if a client is in a rush to get something done. The street outside is narrow, so getting materials in and out can be a real headache. We have a small desk tucked in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the time is spent standing at the machines. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. People find us by word of mouth or just by walking down the street and seeing our sign. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, based on whether you can actually do the job or not. We have seen a lot of changes in Anand Parbat over the decades, but we just keep doing what we know. It is basic, honest engineering work.
