Manohar Bikkaneri

We are located in the Kamla Nagar area, specifically near Malka Ganj and Jawahar Nagar at New 2. This part of Delhi is always full of students from the university, so there is a lot of energy around. Manohar Bikkaneri is our shop where we sell snacks, bhujia, and some sweets too. It’s a pretty busy place because students are always looking for something quick and cheap to eat between their classes. We have shelves full of different packets and containers. The shop isn't very large, so things are stacked pretty high up to the ceiling. I’ve been working here for quite a while now. I know where every single item is kept, even if it looks a bit disorganized to someone else. We don’t have a fancy logo or a big marketing plan. We just put the food out and people buy it. Sometimes the traffic in Kamla Nagar is terrible, which makes it hard for our deliveries to arrive on time, but we manage somehow. We see a lot of young faces every year as new students come to the colleges nearby. It keeps us on our toes. We are just a regular shop trying to provide good snacks to the local crowd. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to it. The bell on the door rings constantly, but that just means we are staying busy.
