We are based in the Anand Parwat Industrial Area at H-15, Gali No.5. Being in an industrial area means things can get pretty noisy and dusty, but it’s where we feel most productive. Madsters Technologies Private Limited is a small group of people who just like to get things done without too much fuss. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us hunched over our workstations. The industrial area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We handle all kinds of technical tasks, and some days are definitely more stressful than others. We don't really have a corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just think doing a fair day's work and being honest with the people we deal with is the right way to handle things. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, even with the technology we use. We’ve had to deal with power cuts and flooded streets during the monsoon, but we just keep the business running regardless. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to keep doing what we're good at. It’s a humble spot in Central Delhi, and we’ve grown to like the grit of this neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and reminds us to keep working hard. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes.
