We are based out of 411 Essel House on Asaf Ali Road. Being in this part of Delhi means there’s never a quiet moment outside the window. You’ve got the rickshaws, the vendors, and all the people heading toward the old city. Inside the office, things are a bit more focused. We work on process technologies, which mostly means we help businesses set up their systems and equipment. It’s more of an office-heavy job than a grease-heavy one, but we still get our hands dirty when we visit sites. Our desks are usually buried under folders and technical manuals. We’ve been in Essel House for a while now, and the building has that old-school commercial feel to it. It’s not one of those new glass towers, but it works for us. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. It’s just a small team trying to solve problems for our clients. Sometimes we spend hours arguing about a specific valve or a sensor setup. It’s part of the process, I guess. We don’t have a receptionist to greet you; you just come in and someone will look up from their screen. We try to keep things straightforward. If something isn’t going to work, we say so. We don’t believe in making things sound better than they are. We just provide the tech and make sure it stays running for the people who need it.
