Our office for L&D Softwares & Consulting Private Limited is at K-II 641 in Sangam Vihar. We are situated near the Sai Mandir, which is a very easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Sangam Vihar is a crowded place with narrow streets and lots of shops. It can be a bit of a challenge to navigate if you aren't used to it. Our building is a regular structure tucked away in the lanes. We have our setup inside where we handle all the software and consulting work. It is not a shiny office building like you see in Gurgaon. It’s a local South Delhi spot. We hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—kids playing, motorbikes, and the general buzz of the Sai Mandir nearby. It feels like being part of the community. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just bring our lunch or get something from the shops nearby. The office is filled with books and computers. We work hard, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We like the fact that we are right in the heart of Sangam Vihar. It keeps us grounded. L&D Softwares is just a small business doing its thing. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just working from this little corner of Delhi. The Sai Mandir is right there, and sometimes the smell of incense drifts over. It is a very normal, local life here. We don't have fancy business cards.
