Konrad Integrated Private Limited

Our company is Konrad Integrated Private Limited. We work out of Unit FF-07 in Vasant Square Mall, which is in Vasant Kunj. Being in a mall is a bit different from a regular office building. You have the shops and the food court right there, which is handy for lunch. Our unit is on the first floor. It’s a decent-sized space for us. Vasant Kunj is a well-to-do area in South Delhi, so the mall is usually quite clean and organized. We don't have a giant glass storefront or anything; it’s just a regular office unit. We’ve set it up with everything we need to get our work done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy on weekends if there’s an event in the mall, but during the week, it’s mostly just people shopping. We spend our days mostly at our desks. There’s no big mission statement or anything like that. We just have jobs to do and we do them here. The security at the mall knows us by now since we come in every day. It’s a safe and convenient place to be. We like the fact that everything is nearby, from ATMs to coffee shops. It’s just a normal part of our lives now. We don't try to sound like a big multinational; we’re just a local business operating out of FF-07. It works for us.
