Jsb Evergreen Sweets & Snacks Private

Our place is right in the middle of the chaos at Ajmeri Gate. If you know Delhi, you know how Shyam Shanti Market is. It’s loud, crowded, and always moving. We are at 160/218 on the ground floor. Being here means we see everything that happens in the market. We do sweets and snacks, mostly because that's what people around here want. It gets really hot in the summer, but the kitchen keeps going anyway. We’ve got people coming in and out all day. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, but we manage. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the floor is always a bit dusty from the street traffic outside. We just focus on making the snacks and getting them out to the shops or customers. My family has been around these parts for a while, so being in Ajmeri Gate feels right. We don't do much advertising. People mostly find us because they are already in the market for something else. It’s a lot of hard work and the hours are long, especially during the festival months when everyone wants sweets. We just keep our heads down and do the job. That’s how it is here at Jsb Evergreen. We’re just another shop in a very busy corner of Delhi. It’s a bit noisy, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
