Jed Infotech is based in Karol Bagh, specifically at 102 13/11. We are a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the address to find us. We mostly work with computers and laptops. Our space is filled with monitors, keyboards, and dismantled machines. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy shopping experience. It’s more of a workshop where we spend our time troubleshooting software issues or replacing hardware parts. The air is usually full of the smell of warm electronics. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Karol Bagh can be a chaotic place, but once you step inside, it’s just the sound of fans and tapping on keys. We get customers who are frustrated because their work laptop stopped working, and we just try to get it back up for them. We don't make any big promises or use marketing speak. We just look at the machine and see what can be done. Some days are spent entirely on one difficult repair, and other days we just sell a few cables and mice. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the street outside. We have our regulars who trust us with their data, and that’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
