Innovation is located at Paharganj Street no-9, specifically at Chuna Mandi 2603-2604. If you’ve ever walked through Paharganj, you know how it is. It’s narrow, it’s busy, and there is always something going on right outside the door. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good while. The building has that old feel to it, and we use the space we have to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a lot of coming and going here. Some days it feels like the whole city is passing by our front entrance. We spend our time managing the stock and talking to people who wander in from the street. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the floor is worn down from all the foot traffic, but it’s our space. We handle a variety of things here and the day-to-day is mostly about keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and everything just stops for a bit. We just sit out front or talk to the neighbors until things start moving again. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like Chuna Mandi. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest of the noise that comes with this area.
