Our shop is located at 5426 Arya Samaj Road in the Karol Bagh area. We deal with bath and kitchenware, which means a lot of heavy items like sinks, taps, and pipes. It’s a very busy street, and the shop is usually filled with boxes and different types of fittings. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Karol Bagh is a place where people come from all over to find hardware, so we stay pretty active. The shop isn't one of those fancy showrooms with perfect lighting. It’s a bit dusty and crowded, but we have almost everything someone would need for their home renovation. We spend our time talking to customers about plumbing and which taps last the longest. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes we have to move heavy crates around, which is hard work. We aren't into big sales pitches or corporate branding. We just know our products and tell people what we think will work for them. A lot of our customers are local contractors who have been buying from us for years. They know the address 5426 well. It’s a noisy environment with the traffic outside, but we like being in the middle of it. We just keep our heads down and manage the inventory every day. It’s a regular business that provides what the neighborhood needs for their houses. We stay open until late evening most days.
