We are located at 1970, Bank Street, right by the Chappar Wala Chowk in Karol Bagh. If you know this area, you know how crazy it gets. There are people everywhere and the noise never really stops. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. It’s a small space, mostly filled with our inventory and a few chairs for when people need to sit down. We spend a lot of our day just moving boxes and answering questions from folks who wander in from the chowk. It gets very hot in the summer, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. We’ve been here a long time, so we know all the other shopkeepers on the block. We often share a meal or a tea in the afternoons. It’s not a fancy setup. The paint is peeling a little bit near the ceiling and the floor tiles are worn down from all the feet walking over them. We don't have a big marketing department. It’s just us trying to keep things organized and making sure we have what people need. Dealing with the traffic and the deliveries is the hardest part of the day. But we like being in such a lively part of town. There is always something happening outside our door. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a long day but we are used to it.
