You can find us at 17A/41 on the second floor. We’re situated right on Karol Bagh Gurudwara Road, which is one of the busiest streets you’ll ever see. Excel Housewares Pvt Ltd has been based here for quite a while now. Dealing with housewares means we’re always looking at plates, kitchen tools, and all sorts of home items. The office is usually full of samples, so it can feel a bit packed at times. Being on Gurudwara Road, there’s a constant flow of people and traffic outside our window. Sometimes it’s so loud we can barely hear ourselves think, but that’s just life in Karol Bagh. We don’t have a massive reception area or anything polished. It’s a working office on the second floor where we manage our inventory and talk to people about what they need for their homes. The stairs up to our unit are a little steep, but we’re used to them. We’ve got to know a lot of the other shopkeepers in this building and along the road. It’s a real community here, even if it’s a chaotic one. We just focus on getting the housewares out to where they need to go and making sure the business stays on track. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. Most days we are just sorting through new stock and taking calls. We’ve been here at 17A/41 for years and it’s where we do everything.
