Our office is at 3044/223 on the third floor in Chandra Nagar. This is in the Tri Nagar area of North West Delhi. Getting to the third floor every day keeps us on our toes, especially when we’re in a hurry to get things done. Hotstep is a small company we put together to handle our business interests. We aren't some big corporation with branches in every city. We just have this one spot in Chandra Nagar. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and our computers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find expensive art on the walls or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just have a kettle for tea and some snacks in the drawer. Tri Nagar is a very busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside on the streets. The noise from the street filtered up to the third floor can be a lot sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of Delhi traffic. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just do the work that comes our way. We’re just a few people trying to run a business in a way that makes sense to us. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them and learn.
