Hijin Technologies Private Limited

We are over at AL 56-57 in Shalimar Bagh, which is where Hijin Technologies Private Limited calls home. It is a residential block in North Delhi, so it is a lot quieter than the main commercial hubs. The office is spread out a bit, giving us enough room to breathe, which is a luxury in this city. We have some basic office furniture that we picked up when we first started and it has served us well so far. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of clocks showing different times and a map that nobody really looks at. We do our tech stuff here and try to keep things as simple as possible. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air when the work gets a bit much. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we all know each other's habits. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for tracking our time. We just trust each other to get the work done. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on our computers and try to stay productive throughout the week. It is a good way to work without the stress of a typical office environment.
