Highpeak Ventures Private Limited

Highpeak Ventures Private Limited is located on the second floor of DE-147 in Tagore Garden. It is a typical West Delhi building. To get to us, you have to walk up two flights of stairs since there isn't an elevator. By the time you get to the top, you're usually a bit out of breath. The office is a decent size, but we have filled it up with plenty of desks and a big table where we keep the printer and the coffee machine. Tagore Garden is a nice area, quite green compared to some other parts of Delhi, and we like the vibe here. We are just a small group of people working on various projects. Some days are very quiet and other days everyone is talking at once. We don't have a dress code or anything like that; people just wear whatever they are comfortable in. There are a few cracks in the ceiling tiles and the carpet is a bit worn out in front of the door, but it doesn't bother us. We are more concerned with making sure our work is done properly. We don't spend time on long meetings about goals or visions. We just check the list of things to do and start working on them one by one until it is time to lock up and head out into the evening traffic.
