There is always noise from the traffic and people walking by. We have been at this location for a while now. The office is on a busy lane. It isn't a big corporate tower. It’s a regular building with several floors. We occupy a part of it. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work. We have all our equipment squeezed in. It gets quite warm in the summer, so the air conditioning is always running. We don't have a reception desk. You just walk in and see us working. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We know the shopkeepers nearby. We often get our lunch from the local spots around Ram Nagar. It is a practical place to be because everything is close by. We don't have any mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just have our to-do lists. It’s a very manual, day-to-day sort of life here. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a local office in Delhi trying to stay on top of our work. It is what it is. We keep it simple and stay focused on the daily routine.
