Hartek Design And Software Solutions Private Limited is based out of The Eligible CGHS in Sector -10, Dwarka. Specifically, we are in flat A-301 on Plot 38. Working out of a residential society like this is a bit different than being in a commercial hub. It’s generally quieter, which helps when we are trying to focus on design or software problems. The view from our floor is mostly of the other apartment blocks and the trees inside the compound. We’ve turned the space into a functional office with enough room for our computers and drawing tablets. Since it’s a society, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't have loud meetings or anything like that. We usually start our day around nine-thirty and work until the evening. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. We don't have a canteen, so we make our own tea in the kitchen or bring lunch boxes from home. Dwarka is quite spread out, so some of us have a bit of a commute, but the area is nice. We spend a lot of time just sitting around the main table discussing how to fix bugs or improve a design layout. It’s a practical way to run a business without the high costs of a downtown office. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized within the space we have in this part of South West Delhi.
