The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, our computers, and not much else in terms of fancy decor. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just need a place where the internet stays on and we can focus on our technology projects. The team is fairly small, so we all know what everyone else is working on. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes because of all the people and traffic in Shakarpur, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s just the background noise of the city. We chose this spot because it was accessible for everyone and it fits our needs. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we just work together to get things finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave right on time to beat the traffic. It’s a real, working office where things actually happen. We’ve been here a while and it feels like a solid home for the company.
