Our office for Genelek Technologies is on the ground floor of 99-B in the Mahipalpur Extension. Being in the L-block area means we are close to the main roads and the airport, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. The office is a straightforward workspace. We didn’t spend a lot of time on interior design because we are more interested in the technical work we do. We have some sturdy tables, good chairs, and our servers hum away in the corner. It’s a practical environment where we can focus on our projects without many distractions. We are just a team of people who like solving problems with technology. We don’t have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches to give. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of troubleshooting and coding. We usually have a pot of tea going, and we talk about normal things while we work. It’s a friendly place to be, and we all get along well. We don’t feel the need to sound like a big international firm. We are a local New Delhi business and we are proud of the work we do here. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty or the traffic is a nightmare, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s a real place with real people doing their best to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss.
